Loop Central, a three-building Class A office complex totaling 574,944 square feet in Houston, has been sold to Griffin Partners through its Griffin Partners Office Fund III, its fifth investment since it was formed in June 2016.
There is Houston office investment interest across the board, including healthcare, thanks to improving fundamentals and the fact that better yields can be realized here than in other gateway markets.
There were two winners in the Not-for-Profit category. Avenida Houston, owned by Houston First and developed by Griffin Partners Development, created a "front door of Houston" near the George R. Brown Convention Center and Discovery Green park ahead of the 2017 Super Bowl.
