Griffin Partners Announces Sale of Building 1 at Port 45 Industrial Development in Dallas, Texas

DALLAS, TX (May 1, 2025) —Griffin Partners is pleased to announce the successful sale of Building 1 at their Port 45 industrial development located in Wilmer, Texas, just south of Dallas. The buyer will not be disclosed at this time.

Port 45 is a 39-acre master-planned industrial development strategically located with exceptional access to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and major transportation corridors, including Interstate 45, Interstate 20, and Interstate 30. The project is being developed into a Class-A, institutional quality industrial park totaling 566,868 square feet across two state-of-the-art front-load buildings.

Building 1, which totals 174,802 square feet, features 32-foot clear height, a 130-foot truck court, 52x60-foot column spacing, 60-foot speed bays, parking for 100 cars, and 31 dedicated trailer parking spaces.

Building 2, which remains available, will offer 392,066 square feet, 36-foot clear height, a 135-foot truck court, 52x60-foot column spacing, 60-foot speed bays, 236 car parking spaces, and 157 trailer parking spaces.
