Griffin Partners is pleased to announce the sale of Carter Crossing, the Class A industrial development located at 1444 Greens Parkway in Houston, Texas. The property was acquired by an undisclosed buyer, marking a successful transaction for the Griffin Partners team. Griffin Partners has also been retained to provide ongoing property management services, continuing the firm’s commitment to the long-term performance and stewardship of the asset.
Carter Crossing delivers modern industrial functionality, including a 32-foot clear height, 55' x 60' column spacing, a 130-foot truck court, and separate access points for cars and trucks that improve site circulation. Its location, one of the last remaining infill sites in the area, offers direct access to both I-45 and Beltway 8. Totaling approximately 137,000 square feet, Carter Crossing is positioned minutes from George Bush Intercontinental Airport and within close reach of major industrial users such as Coca-Cola, Amazon, Sysco, and Dr Pepper.
Griffin Partners advanced the project with support from a strong team of collaborators. Project partners included Baxter Partners, Burton Construction, Powers Brown Architecture, Kimley-Horn & Associates, Hunt & Joiner, and Wong & Associates.
