Westchase Place is a 151,461 square foot, 6-story, Class A office building located in the Westchase submarket of West Houston. The building features a brick and glass façade with a 461 space, 3-level precast parking garage on the site. Both the building and the parking garage were completed in 1999.
After Hurricane Ike hit Houston in September of 2008 Westchase Place was completely renovated. These renovations included a new reflective roof, new energy management system, fire system, walkway canopy as well as a complete face lift of all elevators, common areas and restrooms. All tenant spaces were repainted and recarpeted. These renovations were completed in April 2009.
