Travis joins Griffin Partners as a leasing associate specializing in tenant representation. His background in real estate leasing, finance and sales management gives him the understanding of completing real estate transactions, while his work ethic, diligence, experience in customer service and pursuit of customer satisfaction allow him to create strong business relationships with clients.
As a member of the leasing staff, Travis works in the areas of tenant representation and corporate real estate needs. He works directly with Drew Lewis, our Co-Chairman, whose 37 years of experience are a resource for his clients. He also works with Chris Lewis the Vice President of Leasing on a series of working client assignments. Their group has handled millions of square feet of tenant requirements in leasing, building, purchasing or developing to meet their needs. Additionally, Travis calls on the other Griffin team members to get assistance in construction, finance, cost estimation, deal structure, equity investment capital or just the advice that comes with the long standing history and track record of Griffin Partners.
Born and raised in Houston, Travis is a fifth generation Houstonian. He attended the University of Mississippi where he was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity and graduated with a degree in Real Estate Finance and a minor in Business Management. Travis also played varsity baseball at Concordia University prior to transferring to the University of Mississippi.
