With administrative management experience that spans more than 25 years, Susan Tyree is known for her strong work ethic and understanding of real estate industry personnel. Working closely with Co-Chairman/Executive Managing Partner, Drew Lewis, she lends support for all tenant service activities, from documentation to coordination of marketing materials and promotional events for Griffin Partners.
Susan also serves as the primary customer contact for those needing assistance with Griffin or iCORE staff or services.
As Marketing Director she is responsible for marketing support and/or the creation of the brochures, service/product inserts, standardization of all stationery and marketing materials for both Griffin Partners and iCORE Global. Her acute attention to detail is invaluable in the processing of any leasing documentation, as well as creation and/or coordination of marketing materials from sell sheets to website.
She is the key point of contact for the integration of iCORE Global and the co-branding of the partnership; working closely with iCORE Global personnel and the Griffin Partners team to accomplish a smooth transition of branding, materials and global programs/services.
She also assists in the coordination of tenant service agent activities, training and processing of transactions through iCORE Global’s Origins™ and Habitat™ service programs.
Susan has two daughters and one grandson. In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and spending time with her grandson in Austin, Texas.
