Stephanie Mayo is Vice President of Construction for Griffin Partners. She has 10 years of project management experience in commercial construction, which has included new ground-up office, retail, and higher education as well as numerous interior renovations and office build-outs. Prior to beginning her career in commercial construction, Stephanie worked for 8 years in residential construction doing contractor sales and estimating.
Stephanie has assisted Griffin Partners in establishing a uniform process for all tenant improvement construction projects and assists in training the Property Managers in this process. In addition, Stephanie assists in the management of new development projects and oversees tenant and capital improvement projects which includes bidding, contract management, monitoring progress, and problem resolution throughout Griffin Partners’ portfolio. She also serves as a resource for the property management staff assisting in problem resolution and drawing review.
Stephanie has an AAS in Construction Management and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She is a member of a local animal rescue/foster group that acquires abandoned, neglected, and abused animals which are then fostered until a permanent home can be found. Stephanie has a 6 year old son.
