Jason Long
Jason
joins Griffin Partners from a long standing family relationship
with the real estate title business. He understands the importance
of the due diligence and effort it takes to get business closed
properly. He also has a wealth of knowledge and sources for researching
the information behind what is happening in the real estate markets.
His business background is in sales and sales management so he
understands the need for effective communication and team efforts.
He prides himself in maintaining customer loyalty and creating
strong business relationships.
As a member of the leasing staff Jason works in the areas of tenant representation and corporate real estate needs. He works directly with Drew Lewis, our Co-Chairman, who’s 37 years of experience are a resource for his clients. He also works with Chris Lewis the Vice President of Leasing on a series of working client assignments. Their group has handled millions of square feet of tenant requirements in leasing, building, purchasing or developing to meet their needs. Additionally Jason calls on the other Griffin team members to get assistance in construction, finance, cost estimation, deal structure, equity investment capital or just the advice that comes with the long standing history and track record of Griffin Partners.
Jason was a member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity and a varsity baseball player while attending the University of Texas. In addition, he’s been a member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Breeders Greeters Committee since 2001 that helps coordinate one of the world’s largest livestock shows.
Jason and his wife have two children and participate in many community organization activities.
