David Magee - Director of Engineering
David Magee was, recently promoted to Director of Engineering. David joined Griffin Partners 2 years ago and has played an integral role in the successful operations of 1301 Fannin. Fannin is a unique building, encompassing both data center and high rise office space. David led our engineering team through the transition to GP ownership and works closely with our PM team to ensure tenant satisfaction and effective building operations. David also supports our leasing team, particularly as it relates to data center tenant building demands/capacity.
David conducts his responsibilities within the frame work of our Team Covenant. His enthusiasm for getting the job done right, customer service attitude and professionalism contribute to his success and Griffin Partners' success and growth.
David began his career 38 years ago with Tenneco then moved to Hines for 21 years before joining Griffin. David's building systems and engineering expertise is well recognized in the commercial real estate community and we are thrilled to have him on our team.
